Sarah Trost is not only knowledgeable but she is very compassionate. Although I chose a c-section for my birth I still called Sarah for advice and asked questions I could not otherwise get answers I could understand. She was able to answer those questions for me. Sarah has had different experiences with her own births, which allowed me to be able to talk to her about my previous experiences and I was confident in knowing that she would be able to assist me with answering the hard questions. Sarah doesn't become just your doula, she becomes your right hand person, your friend and someone you can trust to know that she will be there for you as you make the easy and hard choices of your birth.
